Team Management

PingSLA uses a workspace model. All monitors, status pages, and alert policies belong to a workspace. Multiple users can be members of the same workspace with different roles.

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (see Roles & Permissions →)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with an activation link valid for 48 hours.

Managing Members

From Settings → Team you can:

  • View all active members and their roles
  • Resend expired invitations
  • Change a member's role
  • Remove a member from the workspace

Removing a Member

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click the ... menu next to the member
  3. Select Remove from Workspace

Removing a member is immediate. They lose all access to the workspace. Any API keys they generated are not automatically revoked — audit and revoke keys separately from Settings → API Keys.

Workspace Owner

The workspace owner is the user who created the workspace. Owners:

  • Cannot be removed by other admins
  • Can transfer ownership to another Admin
  • Are responsible for billing

Multiple Workspaces

A single PingSLA account can belong to multiple workspaces. Use separate workspaces for:

  • Different clients (agency use case)
  • Separate environments (production vs staging)
  • Business units with independent billing

Each workspace has independent plans, billing, monitors, and team members.
