Usage & Limits
Monitor Quota
Each plan includes a maximum number of active monitors:
| Plan | Active Monitor Limit |
|---|---|
| Starter | 10 |
| Growth | 50 |
| Business | 200 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited (custom) |
Active monitors are those in UP, DOWN, DEGRADED, or PENDING state. Paused monitors still count toward the quota.
To reduce active monitors: pause or delete monitors you no longer need.
Check Frequency and Credit Consumption
Monitors at shorter intervals consume more monitoring quota:
| Interval | Credit Weight |
|---|---|
| 30 seconds | 2× |
| 60 seconds | 1× |
| 5 minutes | 0.5× |
| 10 minutes | 0.25× |
On the Business plan, 200 monitors × 1× = 200 quota units. Running 100 monitors at 30s = 200 quota units (same as 200 monitors at 60s).

Data Retention

| Starter | 30 days | 90 days | N/A |
| Growth | 90 days | 1 year | N/A |

After the retention period, raw check data is aggregated to daily statistics. Aggregated data is retained indefinitely for SLA reporting.

|---|---|
| Starter | 500 |
| Growth | 5,000 |
| Business | 50,000 |

Notifications include all channels (email, Telegram, Slack, webhooks). Each delivery attempt to each channel counts as one notification.
Upgrading When Limits are Reached
When you hit a quota limit:
- New monitors cannot be created (you will see an error in the dashboard and API)
- Existing monitors continue running unaffected
- Upgrade your plan in Settings → Billing → Change Plan
